To create a generous public area, the designer has applied grey mirrors on the living room and dining room walls and ceilings to create reflections and visually expand the space. The materials are also cut irregularly to add a vivid sense to the area. Meanwhile, since an initial column exists on the master bedroom ceiling, linear extensions and color selections are used to eliminate the feeling of pressure by decorating the structure. Furthermore, matte-paint door planks are imported to apply on the closets to layer the room and increase richness.
The overall is mainly decorated with colors of black, wooden tonal, and milk tea, giving the space a heart-warming and secured feeling. As for the television wall, it is painted in black and white and made of stone materials that layer the facade while giving a sense of generosity. Moreover, the kids bedroom is painted with Italian artistic paints to form a unique spatial feeling. Its ceiling is set up with LED aluminum extrusion lamps to create a modern high-tech style while increasing richness through the delicate linear shapes and emitting a semi-luxurious vibe.
The 28-ping residence is equipped with four bedrooms and living rooms, including the entryway, the living room, the dining area, the kitchen, the master bedroom, the secondary bedroom, the kids bedroom, a study, two bathrooms, and two balconies at the front and back, respectively.

Since the client highly values the amount for storage space, the size of several items that need to be stored was given to the designer at the initial stage of this project. The client hoped to have a comprehensive plan for each item while maintaining a neat configuration. Hence, the designer has created storage spaces that fulfilled the client requirements while merging them with the interior. In the end, the overall is equipped with high functionality and a sense of aesthetic.
The project finished in August 2021 in Taiwan.
Since the family is passionate about playing the piano, the piano room is merged with the study and equipped with a desk, bookshelves, and the instrument. The size of the piano is preserved in advance, while cabinets are set up above the keyboard to maximize space efficiency. Meanwhile, the entryway and the living room are connected through a continuous wall. The marble-collaged television wall is embedded with ironware decorations to create a rustic yet fashionable sense. The designer has fulfilled all needs of the household members, even in the little details.
The woodcraft and materials of the dining table must fit the size of the table perfectly. Hence, the materials were first roughly processed then adjusted bit by bit to be flawless. The surface of the stone materials must be protected, and the wooden materials must be avoided from cracking up. The space behind the stone-made television wall is fully set up with cabinets; hence, the door plates must endure the weight of the stone materials. In the end, the designer used imported ironware to support the structure after precise calculation and design, giving users a convenient and safe storage space.
The surface of the cabinets is made of stone materials, wood veneers, and ironware to create a continuous spatial feeling; meanwhile, the walls are also paired with the materials to create a brighter vibe and deliver an artistic atmosphere. Each area is set up with cabinets to store different items, allowing the user to assess easily when needed. Since the designer has learned the living habits of the household members, the traffic flow and the arrangements, especially the two single beds of the master bedroom, have all defied spatial designs.
